Ayisha’s Nursin And Care LTD is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a provider of services to Domiciliary clients including adult homes across the Essex district, Greater London area and the regions of England, where our services will be required. We endeavour to comply with all CQC 'Essential Standards of Quality and Safety 2010' and aim to exceed at all times the National Minimum Standards; as such, all our clients will be made aware of their rights and our responsibility to them. All our staff will be mindful not to infringe the client’s rights; instead, actively promote and uphold their rights.

​The approach taken to care at Ayisha’s Nursin And Care LTD is based on respect, recognizing individuality and normalisation, taking the individual in our care as being no different from any other person in the community. Our intention is to let the individual build up their skills, use their talent or potential to overcome difficulties as explained in the purpose of the service.  It is recognised that even though individuals are being cared for, they are still valued as members of the community who have important contributions to make to help its growth and development.
