The Service user’s care plan could include the various services which we offer :  

washing, dressing, assisting the service user in using the toilet, assisting the service user with pad change, support with feeding, cooking, cleaning, shopping, taking the service user out for shopping if required, taking the service user to GP appointments if required, taking the service user to day canters if required, taking the service user out into the community if required, Taking the service user to hospital appointments if required.
